FAQ.

How does the matching work?

You tell us your nationality and, if you want, where you are now and which stage you are at. We read it ourselves and come back within 24 hours with the expert whose language, background and experience fit your case. If nobody fits, we say so.

What is free and what is paid?

The 15-minute taster call at Stage 0 is free. Everything after that is a fixed price for a named piece of work — a call, a review, a session, or a retainer for a fixed period.

Can I become an expert?

Yes. If you have made the move yourself and can guide someone from your own community through it, write to us. Every expert runs the same five stages at the same prices, in their own language and voice.

What if there is no fit for me?

We tell you straight away rather than matching you with someone who does not know your situation. Where we can, we point you to the office, community or person who does.

Are retainers billed by the hour?

No. A retainer covers a fixed period — 90 days for the Transition retainer, 3 months for the others — not a number of hours.
